As a, you will own the strategy and execution of sales initiatives across, while also pursuing selected opportunities across. This role has been created to keep pace with the, where the. Your expertise in navigating large, complex multinational organizations—asking the right questions to uncover challenges and building long-term, strategic partnerships—will be critical to your success. While knowledge of operational technology (OT) is an advantage, it is not a requirement.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, regional industry trends, and Armis’ unique value proposition.
  • Drive new business across Singapore while selectively engaging high-value ASEAN opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within SFDC, ensuring predictable performance.
  • Lead and coordinate your “pod” (BDR, Sales Engineer, Partner Manager, Customer Success) to consistently deliver results: building new pipeline, onboarding new clients, and expanding within existing accounts.
  • Represent Armis at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales in Singapore/ASEAN.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IoT, or SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese would be a strong advantage given the regional scope of the role.
