- 10+ years of hardware/ software engineering and/or product management experience related to consumer products and/or Retail
- 7+ years experience directly managing and mentoring a team responsible for the delivery of technology initiatives, and software and hardware systems
- Technical understanding and hands-on experience with Native App development, “Super App” design and architecture, back-end systems, and content management systems
- Expertise leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technology systems and platforms
- Hands-on experience in Agile Software Development and rapid iteration/ prototyping
- Demonstrated deep understanding of the customer-facing technology landscape in China, and approaches necessary for success
- Skilled navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across all levels
- Proven experience creating and managing product roadmaps supporting operational and business goals
- Skilled in developing requirements for engineering and design teams, and guiding solution delivery through every phase
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
