* Entrepreneurial Innovation for Client Success: Champion an entrepreneurial mindset and deliver unique value by leveraging industry and technology expertise to drive innovative strategies to accelerate clients' success.
* Understand business needs, design, and optimize end-to-end data solutions with AWS platform.
* Ensure data architectures comply with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards.
* Proven experience in migrating from traditional data warehouses (e.g., Oracle) to Redshift while ensuring data consistency.
* Expertise in integrating Redshift with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support business analytics needs.
* Hand-on experiences in Redshift architecture, including data modeling, partitioning, and query optimization.
* Understand business needs, design, and optimize end-to-end data solutions with AWS platform.
* Ensure data architectures comply with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards.
* Proven experience in migrating from traditional data warehouses (e.g., Oracle) to Redshift while ensuring data consistency.
* Expertise in integrating Redshift with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support business analytics needs.
* Hand-on experiences in Redshift architecture, including data modeling, partitioning, and query optimization.
* Hand-on experiences in Spark, Python or Scala, Glue, Lambda, Event Bridge, Kinesis, S3, RDS such as Postgres, Aurora.
* Proficient in analyzing query execution plans, identifying performance bottlenecks, and optimizing queries.
* Proficiency in monitoring Redshift performance using CloudWatch and Redshift logs, with the ability to configure alerts for potential issues.
