Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all communication touchpoints within Sportswear, Training and Accessories categories in the country with full alignment between the global Brand Communications and local Business Units. Develop and ensure excellent implementation of category activation for own retail and Wholesale accounts while providing respective category contents for digital activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering local input from country teams for global Brand Communications during commercial input timing.
- Support the creation and coordination of the local brand marketing plan and calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for season intro meetings.
- Help execute the local marketing plan by assisting in organizing tasks, timelines, and collaboration with the Country Business Unit.
- Track and report on marketing expenses by helping manage campaign budgets and ensuring proper documentation.
- Support content creation by gathering materials, assisting in the development of local content, and ensuring it aligns with global guidelines.
- Ensure consistent execution by communicating with cross-functional teams to confirm alignment across different functions (e.g., Brand Activation, Business Units, etc.).
- Assist in preparing materials for local trade meetings, helping provide necessary sell-in tools.
- Support the channel team by assisting in the activation of campaigns, ensuring all logistical and administrative tasks are in place.
- Monitor and report on the status of campaigns, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan and timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Sufficient degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events,partner contract, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)
- Basic grasp ofagency handling for creative production, event operation, sales promotion and ISC development
- Ability to develop and implement local marketing plans following global guidelines
- Basic marketing budget management
- Goodpresentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong user of MS Office suite of products
- Sufficientproject management experience
- Experience in market’smarketing organization
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Salesand/or Marketing
- At least3years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
- Sales and /or Marketing experience
- English – business level / Japanese – Fluent
