As a Principal Customer Delivery Architect, you will serve as a pivotal technology and strategy advisor for AWS's key enterprise customers across the Americas region. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS technologies and the broader technology ecosystem. You will engage directly with CTOs and CIOs to drive strategic technology initiatives, ensuring that AWS services align with and enhance our customers’ IT and business strategies. Your expertise will help our customers enhance their innovation speed, IT efficiency, and the business value derived from their technological investments.Key job responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years in senior IT roles, including leadership positions, with direct engagement with C-suite executives.
- Experience with managing multi-year cloud transformations impacting 10,000+ users across multiple business units and geographies.
- 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-level AWS solutions, driving $50M+ in business value.
- 5+ years developing organizational strategies and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams, managing cross-functional teams of 50+ members.
