Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting.

  • Supporting monthly and quarterly closing activities by preparing ledger reports, journal entries, and ledger checks.

  • Assisting in summarizing results and reporting key variances.

  • Putting together/consolidating PowerPoint presentations as needed.

  • Supporting internal and external audits, including organizing and sharing documentation and preparing audit templates.

  • Assisting in managing vendor relationships, including processing invoices and registering new vendors on Oracle ERP.

  • Processing invoices and analyzing tax aspects for proper registration.

  • Assisting with preparing tax returns and filings.

  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

  • Cleaning up and closing department codes in Oracle ERP.

  • Tracking marketing invoices to roadmap initiatives.

  • Performing reconciliations to identify variances.

  • Reporting and controlling fixed assets.

  • Working on ad-hoc requests to support the teams, including generating reports and preparing presentations.

  • Collaborating with others across the Finance team, gaining exposure to various areas of the business they support.

  • Validating data from multiple sources to ensure integrity and accuracy.

  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Identifying and helping to correct root cause problems that are currently driving manual corrections in the system.

  • Maintaining core regional reports for EMEA/LATAM, e.g., departments, headcount, pipeline.

  • Tracking EMEA/LATAM travel metrics and performing reconciliations.

  • Reporting EMEA/LATAM iProcurement metrics/high-value purchases.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Microsoft excel

  • English proficiency

  • Pursuing a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
