Your Role and Responsibilities1) Employees with professional legal training and experience (minimum 8-12 years PQE). Taiwan legal training background and Chinese language proficiency are required in addition to international and English language legal experience.
6) Support the JV, M&A, and compliance-related matters for Taiwan. Advise on all types of substantive commercial matters
7) Support the HR and employment related legal matters as well as litigation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 8 years work experiences in legal matters
- Demonstrated personal leadership and thoughtful sensitivity in issues resolution and confrontation management
- Enjoy working in extensive legal areas, embracing different challenges; and willing to work across borders and collaborate with various teams and geographies
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Lawyer qualification is preferred.
- Candidate must be comfortable handling a high volume of form agreements and cross-boarder matters, with a demonstrated ability to balance and manage multiple client deadlines effectively.
