Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Ansible and other automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of IA/IAOps products to enhance automation capabilities, predictive analytics, and self-healing mechanisms for infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated workflows and processes.
• Provide technical expertise in automation tools and IA/IAOps products, including evaluating, selecting, and integrating new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, playbooks, and scripts to automate routine tasks and ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
• Monitor and optimize automation workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions in collaboration with support teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) in automation workflows and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automation, AI-driven operations, and IA/IAOps products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles, with a strong focus on Ansible and other automation tools.
• Experience overseeing IA/IAOps products such as predictive analytics, self-healing systems, or similar AI-driven operations tools.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or Ruby.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Ansible, DevOps, or related technologies.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and their integration with Ansible.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation and operations.
• Experience in the financial services, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
