Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Ansible and other automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.
Oversee and manage the implementation of IA/IAOps products to enhance automation capabilities, predictive analytics, and self-healing mechanisms for infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated workflows and processes.
Provide technical expertise in automation tools and IA/IAOps products, including evaluating, selecting, and integrating new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks, playbooks, and scripts to automate routine tasks and ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
Monitor and optimize automation workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex automation issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions in collaboration with support teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) in automation workflows and processes.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automation, AI-driven operations, and IA/IAOps products.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles, with a strong focus on Ansible and other automation tools.
Experience overseeing IA/IAOps products such as predictive analytics, self-healing systems, or similar AI-driven operations tools.
Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Docker.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or Ruby.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Ansible, DevOps, or related technologies.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and their integration with Ansible.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation and operations.
Experience in the financial services, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
