As an Executive Director, you will originate, structure, and execute fund and asset-backed financing transactions for the firm’s Private Equity, Infrastructure, Secondaries, and Real Estate funds. You will have primary coverage responsibility across several sponsor clients in EMEA, working on transactions such as private and public equity-backed margin loans, subscription lines, NAV lines, and infrastructure credit ABLs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage senior relationships across a client portfolio
  • Originate and lead negotiation of fund financing opportunities and financing secured by equity and credit assets
  • Collaborate with interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodities teams to navigate overall derivatives revenue
  • Partner globally with banking, trading, credit, structuring, and other internal teams to execute strategies
  • Evaluate credit, market, and reputational risk, and work with appropriate partners to manage these risks effectively

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • BA or BS degree required
  • Extensive experience in structured finance or derivatives
  • Significant experience working with financial sponsors
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, including equity, credit, fixed income, and corporate debt markets
  • High degree of ethics and integrity
  • Experience working collaboratively under pressure in a team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Derivative experience in equities
  • Corporate finance experience

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
