Qualifications Required–

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PHD in Computer Science or related field. Previous experience with web services, storage, cloud computing, and  planet-scale systems is a big plus.
• 10+ years of experience with designing, implementing, debugging and launching commercial software products or web services, through multiple release cycles.
• 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team of ICs, setting clear expectations/KRs, keeping team members energized, and delivering great results.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or familiarity with data engineering concepts a big plus.

• Ensure service durability across releases while optimizing performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
• Provide leadership, make technical contributions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Foster collaboration and trust within the team.
• Advocate for Microsoft 365 Security products, enabling users to access and control information across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Work closely with program managers and security engineering teams to develop core features for the Microsoft security portal and supporting back-end functionality.
