Ouroffering is built around two core pillars:

  • Mobility Transformation– Advising clients on how to evolve their global mobility functions, and supporting implementation through strategic projects and secondments, leveraging our deep expertise.
  • Mobility Talent Operate– Managing international move administration for clients by operating their mobility functions either fully or partially.


About You

  • Passionate about global mobility, with a desire to inspire clients toward best-in-class solutions.
  • Experienced in leading individuals or teams, with a strong track record of people management.
  • Comfortable thinking on your feet and confident in delivering technology demonstrations and other offerings to clients.
  • A creative and innovative thinker who brings fresh perspectives to both internal teams and client challenges.
  • Engaging and confident when presenting to groups and navigating the unexpected.
  • A strong team player, quick to integrate with new teams and foster collaboration.
  • Skilled in project management — able to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
  • Commercially aware with strategic insight into broader business issues.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable to changing client needs.
  • Skilled in relationship management and capable of managing client expectations effectively.
  • Above all, client-focused and commercially driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Lead and manage both on-shore and off-shore teams, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Develop creative and innovative Go-to-Market strategies for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new mobility opportunities by leveraging and expanding internal and external networks.
  • Challenge the status quo by proposing and leading clients in new strategic directions.
  • Project manage mobility transformation engagements, exploring flexible delivery models to meet client needs.
  • Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and add value for clients.
  • Drive value creation for both EY and clients while maintaining appropriate risk management.
  • Develop, mentor, and counsel junior team members, playing a key role in their career development.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the practice by expanding services through innovation, technology, and regulatory insight.
