As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop new strategic opportunities with existing clients. You will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions. This will be a part of our new AI Business Development Charter where there will be horizontal solution-selling across AI ecosystem from data management to data center to far edge and enable/activate broader sales organization on AI.
You will:
Focus on Large Pursuit Support
Large-whale hunting to win lighthouse references among next-gen AI SPs, Enterprises, AI-startups/unicorns
Organizing & coordinating across sales teams to bring full value of Dell to customers
Enablement & evangelization, on-the-job activation of broader Sales
Essential Requirements
• Develops account presence by creating a high added value working relationship with senior customer personnel
• Identifies long-term and short-term sales opportunities. Focuses on sales activities that produce results in the short term as well as the long term
• Transfers customer information and market knowledge to various cross-functional teams to improve overall development and positioning of offerings within the portfolio
• Performs sales activities on a longer sales cycle
• Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
•Field sales experience preferred
•Bachelor’s degree
