Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND 15+ years of technical engineering experience, including3+ years in engineering leadership.And programming skills in one or more languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments with minimal structure.
- Strong technical background in full-stack development.
- Experience with multimodal interfaces (e.g., touch, voice, sensors)andAI agent development.
- Deep familiarity with GitHub Copilot,CopilotStudio, AI Foundry,orothersimilarAI-enhanced developer tools.
- Passion for innovation, design-led development, and building from the edge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building agents, extensions, or projects on top of platforms like GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI frameworks is a significant plus.
- Sharp product and design instincts — able to shape user-facing experiences and make informed trade-offs.
