Implement the creative vision in a product range for the category.
Visualize ideas for products and ranges in 3D with a high degree of expertise.
Design and develop creative solutions to concepts within the assigned category or specialty area or project with 3D digital in the lead. Present 3D digital designs in context to the category direction.
To support the achievement of the digital targets, by working closely with designers to create 3D Digital assets.
Clearly present product ideas and details during team meetings and range reviews aligned with content direction from marketing.
Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing, and development (within x- functional team) for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products.
Ensure proper handover of 3D images / digital design pack into development for the development process to start.
Ensure the design teams are trained and supported for the 3D digital way of working and feeding back opportunities to drive efficiency and quality improvements to 3D digital workflow process.
Self-Manage own creative process and execute towards given design languages within the category and according to the visual language of adidas and Corporate identity guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Expert knowledge in 3D design tools and technologyrelating to Footwear design(i.e. Blender, Rhino, Modo/ Mojo)
Knowledge of core design tools and technology(i.e. Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint)
Passion for design and high level of creativity
Creative, curious and energetic personality, able to influence the agenda.
Experience in working with creative design teams and creation through collaboration.
Motivated and decisive, taking ownership of own project modules and contributing to those identified.
Strong knowledge of product or industrial design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.

Fluent in English both verbally and written
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPEIRENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in industry, footwear, or fashion design or related field or a combination or relevant experience and education
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as 3D Designer Footwear or Apparel focusing on 3D Design and the Digital Transformation in Product Creation within Apparel or Footwear industries
Experience in working with creative design teams (Apparel or Footwear)
