Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in bid or project management/program management in a matrixed environment involving cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA.
- Experience in proposal writing, copywriting, or other creative writing (e.g.,marketing, internals communications, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently as this role requires to create formal documents to respond to English and German speaking client requests.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management Certification or APMP qualification.
- Experience with RFPIO or other standard proposal automation platform tools.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze data to help deliver informed decisions.
