As a recruiter, you will work in partnership with our Enabling Functions and Spanish Market management teams to deliver an end to end recruitment service for volume hires using direct sourcing, internal movement and referrals.
Based in our Cherrywood office, you will work with business leaders, people partners and sourcing specialists to deliver a high-quality recruitment service. You will seek to understand the recruitment challenges specific to each client area and provide solutions through data and market insights to meet the business delivery requirements.

Competencies for your Role
Proven recruitment expert with previous in-house recruitment experience ideally in volume hiring supporting multiple markets
Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written Spanish
Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
Highly organised with previous experience of maintaining recruitment plans, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, flagging and managing risks and reporting success
A working knowledge of HR best practices in both Ireland and Spain
A team player but who is comfortable operating independently when required
Technical Competencies for your Role
Experience with ATS systems, ideally Workday
Strong presentation skills
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
Familiar with relevanteg, F&P an advantage
