- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS and JUNOS.
- Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Experience working with device technologies under development, familiarity with flashing firmware, basic device debugging and familiarity with reading/pulling device logs.
