Design and maintain scalable IAM and Kubernetes RBAC solutions to govern secure access for users and services.

Build automation and diagnostic tools in Go and Java to streamline platform operations and boost reliability.

Partner with global security teams to embed regulatory requirements such as NYDFS and GDPR into development workflows.

Architect observability frameworks that deliver deep visibility into application health and security posture.

Identify and close system-level gaps to improve platform resilience and security compliance.

Champion secure design principles and operational excellence across the cloud platform.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems, including deep knowledge of kernel internals (scheduling, memory management, file systems, networking).

Strong programming skills in C++, Go, or Python.

Proven experience with IAM systems and Kubernetes RBAC; understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and NYDFS.

Expertise in managing containerized workloads and building scalable, secure cloud systems.

Problem-solver with the ability to identify cross-functional issues and drive end-to-end resolutions.

Experience mentoring others, leading small-scale initiatives, and collaborating across teams.

Security-first mindset in both design and operations.
