Preparation of monthly stability metrics and reports for multiple businesses.
Perform thematic analysis of stability data to identify key themes and trends that include recommendations on preventative and corrective measures.
Assist in daily and monthly activities associated with Focus and Intensive Care application improvement program.
Participate in annual attestation and review activities relating to key stability artefacts e.g. Severity Matrices, Change Risk Index, Escalation procedures, Market Event Management etc.
Participate in quarterly MCA and audit activities for stability related items.
Assist in initiatives to reduce toil and improve data quality in relation to problem and incident management processes.
Proactively support continuous improvement activities that enhance stability governance products and frameworks.
Participate in projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in IT governance, production support, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry beneficial.
