Your impact

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to provide project and design management services to the clients in the Energy & Power market. Your role expectation is to oversee project teams and deliver consultancy engineering services for clients in the Renewable Generation sector. You will manage project and design management including but not limited to HV Elec, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering disciplines. You will manage a project team across the APAC region and in our Global Delivery Centres.

Lead multi-discipline Owners Engineer projects in the Renewable Energy sector, with a focus on Wind projects across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive safety culture and implement QA procedures on major projects
  • Manage commercial aspects, including contracts, timelines, costs, and change management
  • Oversee project governance, financial performance, and technical compliance
  • Lead design and multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases
  • Participate in business development, proposal creation, and client relationship management
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and provide governance for a project portfolio
  • Act as an Owners Engineer or client representative when required
Here's what you'll need
  • Proven track record in leading Wind projects from bid to completion
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Expertise in project delivery frameworks within the Renewable Energy Market
  • Proficiency in HSE requirements and ability to lead safety for both internal and contractor teams
  • Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship management skills
  • Adaptability across various project phases, from engineering to commissioning
