Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:As the Data & Analytics Technology Product Line Lead, this leader will be responsible for:
- Aligning outcomes across multiple Global Support functions and ensuring investments are in alignment with strategic technology decisions, driving business outcomes in line with the company’s Digital Strategy.
- Translating business strategy into Technology strategy for Data & Analytics for Global Support functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Facilities, Legal & Compliance, Business Development, and Environmental Sustainability.
- Delivering on the Data & Analytics mandate by providing a Data Platform for EIT, a set of Data Products to support Insights and Analytics, and core capabilities for building Data Visualization and Analytical Models. Leveraging Central capabilities provided by the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and other central IT teams.
- Gathering strategic requirements from business leaders and Value teams; aligning these needs with Product Roadmaps.
- Owning the product lifecycle, including setting the product vision, roadmaps, and strategy, and ensuring value and user experience are measured and achieved.
- Managing product lifecycle operations and monitoring service levels for the Data & Analytics area.
- Monitoring the market for the latest technologies that business customers may want to consider leveraging.
- Communicating strategy and portfolio to key business stakeholders and facilitating buy-in across key stakeholders.
- Developing and enabling talent strategy by building an external and internal network, recruiting diverse talent, staying current with industry trends, and supporting effective vendor partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with technical SMEs and technical job families within and outside EIT.
- Supporting overall EIT objectives by working collaboratively with other Value Team Leads, Product Line Leads, and Product Managers to ensure that the EIT DnA backlog delivers on enterprise outcomes and priorities.
- Managing Product Line financials to meet annual TCO targets and identifying and achieving cost savings opportunities. Ensuring routine business case development and funding allocation.
- Ensuring organizational compliance needs are monitored, managed, and remediated.
As the Community leader for divisional Technology colleagues, this leader will:
- Support and enhance the onboarding process for new members and foster a psychologically safe work environment that values and hears every team member, promoting DE&I practices.
- Support and coordinate EIT technology center actions in response to employee engagement surveys to facilitate effective engagement.
- Maintain a positive team spirit by organizing Team Lunch-and-Learn sessions, career development talks, social events, and community support activities, among others.
- Foster relationships with Tech center leads, Global Functional leads, and Local HR leads, and be an active member of the Recruitment planning team to strategically recruit in Prague Tech center.
- Remove barriers to completing team activities by creating connections and improving effectiveness.
