3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
4 years of administrative experience in a high-tech, international environment or company working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Experience with event coordination, program management, or stakeholder management.
Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently as the role requires communicating with stakeholders in Spanish-speaking countries in the Americas region.
