- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Business development experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently for interactions in English and Hindi with local stakeholders and partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of entertainment industry experience including movies or music.
- Understanding of technological concepts, financial models, and music copyrights.
- Ability to interface with partners, solve critical problems through analysis, thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally, think strategically about complex issues, and convert insights into straightforward, timely actions.
- Demonstrated record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities in the media and/or digital space.
