Job Summary

As an AI Applications Developer within the AI Solutions Team, you will transform business challenges into innovative AI-powered solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications leveraging agentic AI and data analytics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate advanced AI capabilities into our platforms to promote meaningful business impact. Your expertise will ensure our AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch applications and agentic AI systems powered by large language models
  • Create autonomous AI agents to break down complex tasks and interact with various tools
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering and refine models using Retrieval-Augmented Generation
  • Collaborate with data analytics, technology, governance, and product teams to enhance solutions
  • Champion best practices for security, compliance, and ethical AI using AWS technologies
  • Stay current with advancements in generative and agentic AI to inform solution development

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in modern application development, including containerized solutions
  • Proven ability to implement agentic AI frameworks; experience with Google ADK or similar technologies
  • Track record of designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in AWS core services, including EKS, S3, Athena, RDS, Bedrock, Lambda, and Glue
  • Deep understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning
  • Advanced proficiency in Python programming
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
