What a typical day looks like:
- Manage successful customer relationships on a global basis, providing voice of the customer and single point of contact globally for all product programs and operational performance.
- Be responsive to customer requests and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.
- Support customer initiatives, requests and escalations utilizing and presenting facts and data.
- Ensure effective, timely and coordinated communications to and from customer
- Provide the necessary leadership and support to site Program & Project Managers (design, NPI, operations, etc.) to improve communication and drive best practices across multiple global sites.
- Ensure collaborative cross-functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of inter-site operations.
- Ensure commonality of best practices between each of the manufacturing sites.
- Help identify and lead projects and initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, quality, delivered value, profit and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
- Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities identifying and leading pursuit of growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective collaborative team and two-way communications between Flex Operations and Global Account Management.
- Work closely with the Global Account team to ensure alignment to goals.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong experience in a Program/Operational Management or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience or knowledge with semiconductor test products is a plus.
- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, both at customer
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to dig deep into issues when needed.
- Strong and flexible team player who is able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of electronics manufacturing.
- Comprehensive understanding of P&L and balance sheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders .
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to make complex business decisions.
- Willingness to travel internationally 25%
- Proficiency well in English.
