Production Quality Engineer Student

Drive product quality improvement activities, using statistics and data analysis techniques to improve processes. Working with production, manufacturing engineering andsuppliersquality in the areas of process control, quality control and assurance, data collection, failure analysis, corrective actions, reporting for early detection and correction and continuous improvement. Responsible for “real time” investigation of failures, finding root causes, issuing summarizingand following-up corrective actions implementation.

• Manage and follow-up on quality activities. Select and apply quality procedures and methods,appropriate inspectionstrategy and statistical techniques

• Responsible fornon conformanceevents and investigations in the Factory-Participateand lead “real time” manufacturing line investigations, perform root cause analysis and containment,correctionand corrective actions.Workwith Production, Supply and Manufacturing Engineer personnel.

• establishfacts, and draw valid conclusions

• Establish andmonitorquality/process control forhigh riskparts andhigh risksuppliers

• Lead change management for process changes in the factory – Be an active member in the production release of new products and changes in existing products.

• Plan andparticipateinternal manufacturing audits and conduct self-improvement assessments as an auditor.

• NC/QN Management Process including Analysis ofdefectas part of Material Review board activities for non-conformance disposition management.

• Contribute to Operations performance monitoring, reporting,improvementand development. Integral part of improvement programs in factory.

To succeed in this role,

• B.A. /B.ScStudent in Industrial Engineering and Management

• Advanced Excel skills

• At least 3 semesters till graduation

• Ability to work at least 3 days a week, preferably 4 days
