As a for Yotpo SMS & Email Analytics, you’ll play a key role in shaping how eCommerce brands measure and optimize their marketing performance.Your focus will be building powerful analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling brands to make data-driven decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own and define the SMS & Email Analytics roadmap , aligning with overall product strategy.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities , making data more accessible and actionable.
- Lead new product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring continuous discovery and iteration.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, and customer teams to create intuitive reporting experiences.
- Drive cross-functional projects , ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to evolve Yotpo’s analytics offering.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product manager experience in a software company. preferably in eCommerce environment.
- A strong analytical mindset with experience working on data-driven products or analytics platforms .
- Experience working directly with customers, R&D teams, and UX designers .
