As an, you will work alongside the Project Management team to ensure new and changing services are successfully transitioned in line with key deliverables. Performs project completion using internal and external customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
In this role, you will…
- Ensure effective Service Transitions to Service Operations
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that all plans/polices/regulatory terms are in place for all agreed services.
- Take accountability for the transition of new or changed services into the organization.
- Manage expectations and track risks and benefits.
- Communicate with stakeholders about technical requirements.
- Be responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding projects.
- Monitor project progress.
- Support stakeholders and end-users through the execution of the day-to-day configuration
Typically:
- University Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 - 3 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally. Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Hight level of commitment and a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to make good assessments on what can and cannot be accomplished before making commitments.
- Ability to lead people in change, release or service transition principles. Including new needed digital emerging abilities such as empathy, analytics, design thinking, innovation management.
- Project life cycle expertise in multiple disciplines such as QA, business analysis, change management, release management, project management and systems training.
