Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, a military role, or similar private sector.
Experience working in a Security Operations Center.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing remote teams, with global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
Experience managing security operations and security personnel, and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, international environment, with excellent people management and leadership skills.
Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and subsequent monitoring.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.
