You will be based in Kerkrade, the Netherlands in our European Center of Operations and you will supervise People Partners based in Netherlands and Northern Cluster and ensure the appropriate governance and strategy around People Services. You advise and coach the business to drive workforce performance. Also, you will manage the team in providing front-line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervise People Partner Team
  • Supervise and guide a team of HR People Partners
  • Act as a team leader: ensure onboarding activities, presence, availability, access rights, tools, etc.
  • Ensure the People Partner Team is trained to be agile (work across the Cluster when required).​
  • Allocate work to the People Partners to manage team workload (also including project needs from the Project Management Office (PMO).


Continuous Improvement

  • With the use of data identify continuous improvement opportunities (process, procedure, technology, automation, ways of working, etc.).
  • Closely collaborate with relevant HR stakeholders to maintain quality assurance standards for the People Partner team.
  • Follow Key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any trends and training requirements.
  • Oversee and execute testing of new procedures & processes.

People Partner Representative

  • Ensure the appropriate governance and strategy around People Partners​.
  • Collaborate on the definition of the HR strategy reporting the voice of the customers to facilitate decisions and prioritizations. ​
  • Partner with other leaders of the EMEA HR model to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.


Case Management

  • Ensure that the team prioritizes activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/KPIs.
  • Personally manage cases to support the team.
  • Oversee the dispatching of cases within the team.
  • Monitor the volume of cases and activities against available resources.
  • Escalate and solve difficult cases and manage customer relationships where necessary.


Quality Assurance

  • Track SLAs and measure achievement against team/individual performance criteria.
  • Monitor cases to ensure quality and consistency across EMEA by providing feedback and coaching the team where necessary.
  • Evaluate and manage risks as they arise and partner to mitigate/resolve.
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures or any other federal / country regulation as requirements.


People Development

  • Lead, develop, coach, and support the team in their professional; development KPI needs by ensuring they receive ongoing regular feedback; Supporting in identifying skills gaps and training arrangements to achieve agreed development objectives.


What are we looking for:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equal education (in addition, preferably related certification and continuous development. People Management coursework).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach teams and providing front line support to the business and HR stakeholders.
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience in an international business environment.
  • Ability to translate strategies into tangibles objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to translate organizational change initiatives, navigating different local requirements and regulations.
  • Experience in managing labor relations and negotiating with employee representative bodies.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to explore complex challenges in collaborative manner to establish viable and consistent action plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster inclusion, drive equity & lead diverse teams.
  • Experience working in hybrid organization.
  • Experience with HCM, Metric, Analytics
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
