We’re looking for a self-motivated quick learner who thrives at the intersection of marketing, creativity, and analytics to scale and optimize our paid acquisition channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), with a strong focus on SEM (Google Search, Bing, Shopify Ads).
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize and scale paid search activity on Google Search, Bing, Shopify Ads
- Support other acquisition channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Quora, G2Crowd, Capterra, and more.
- Manage paid campaigns end of end, including budgets, bids, account structure, keywords, ad copy, landing page, creatives, conversion optimization, and more.
- Develop paid media plans for specific product lines.
- Work with our in-house design and content teams to continuously develop and optimize ad campaigns.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to identify optimization steps for future campaigns and new opportunities.
- Report on paid traffic & results.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience leading and managing ppc campaigns (Google, Bing, Shopify Ads), out of which 2+ years in a B2B / eComm company
- Advantage – 2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc)
- Working experience with platforms such as Google Analytics
- Autodidact: Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytic, and curious
- People-person with strong interpersonal skills that can work as part of a team
- Able to manage several cross-team projects
- Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with Hotjar, WordPress, Wistia, Amplitude – advantage.
