Key job responsibilities
• Identify use cases, support in creating test plans, manual and automated test cases
• Review feedback, investigate possible issues, and work with different teams to resolve customer issues
• Exhibit a high attention to detail and maintain low error rates
• Demonstrated experience in leading QA effort on medium to large-scale software projects or deliverables
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members on career and project goals
• Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team quality standards and goals
• Regularly report to internal stakeholders on the quality and reliability of our products
• Ability to understand functional and technical specifications and analyse data and output logs
• Solid understanding of QA tool development chains and environments.

- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Significant QA experience and knowledge of QA tools and methodologies
- Basic C++ and/or Python programming

- Ability to operate within short live service release cycles
- PC, Console, and Mobile testing and release experience.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and product development lifecycles (including C++, Java, XML, messaging protocols, and Web Services).
- Creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
