This role involves responding to, investigating, and resolving critical alerts while diagnosing and addressing issues and outages across supported services. You will act as the primary on-call support during local daytime hours, providing mentorship and structured onboarding for junior team members. Responsibilities include onboarding and evaluating new production services for operational support, leading cross-team projects with production service partners and engineering project managers, and diagnosing production issues, facilitating fixes, and managing RMAs. Finally, you will innovate alerting mechanisms to reduce response times, improve customer experience, and drive continuous improvements in operational processes, tools, and collaboration efforts.
