Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience leading a team, including coaching, mentoring and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems, and in building infrastructure offering.
Knowledge of Google’s values in diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around common goals.
Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills to articulate and influence the strategies for key product areas.
