Your key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues related to Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and write clear and concise technical documentation, including resolution steps, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Perform code analysis and debugging to identify and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in the maintenance of software, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize and address critical customer issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and scalability of software applications, conducting load and stress testing when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and improve overall system efficiency.
- Assist in providing training and guidance to junior support team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer or in a similar support role.
- In-depth knowledge of Java programming.
- Familiarity with Java frameworks, databases, and RESTful API development (Java 8/11 (Collections, streams etc), Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC Template, Junit, MariaDB, SQL, Git, Maven, JsonPath, Json, JSLT, Eclipse/STS/IDEA, Dbvisualizer, Spring scheduler, Query tuning, AWS S3, SonarQube, Github).
