Manage a full recruitment Cycle End to End which includes screening candidates, conducting in depth HR interviews and reference checks, processing offers together with the drawing up and issuing of contracts of employment
Recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies to leaders and managers; support and coach them to make the right hiring decisions aligned to business needs .
Ensure the most appropriate talent pooling strategy inclusive of sourcing candidates through Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc), networking events, friend referral programs and more.
Promote Cyberarks’ employer brand in all relevant channels.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a TA Partner in Tech Companies focusing on recruiting R&D roles.
Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience from drafting the job spec, interviewing candidates till onboarding.
Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools
A creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table
Analytical mind, focused and dedicated with excellent relationship building skills
Strong execution, organization, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
