The team you’ll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

As part of our team, you will support below activities:

• Technical support for Nokia RAN controller products (ASBSC, ASRNC, NCIR, NADCM, Legacy 2G and 3G controllers)
• Commissioning, integration and acceptance testing
• Troubleshooting
• Executing software updates, upgrades and hardware extensions
• Executing trials and new feature implementations in lab and live environments
• 24/7 emergency rota support

You have:

• BSc degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments
• 3+ years experience in technical support of Nokia RAN controller products (ASBSC, ASRNC, NCIR, NADCM, Legacy 2G and 3G controllers)
• Good experience in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting activities for Nokia RAN controller products
• Good knowledge in Nokia RAN products and features
• Good experience in IP technologies
• Long term technical career objective
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Turkish
• Flexibility to travel abroad
• Eagerness to learn and develop
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
