The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager Associate will be to support the Commercial Bankers in servicing the banking & financing needs of Mid-Market clients, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new commercial banking clients' across Hungary.
Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with the fast growing and dynamic segments of the economy
Develop your professional network with key players of the market across different industries
Understand the financial operation of large Slovakian corporates
Supporting sales and cross-selling on the portfolios of Relationship Managers with whom you cooperate
Cooperate with other teams across the bank, to identify new opportunities and drive customer satisfaction
Promote high-quality sales and customer service processes
Develop your knowledge about the segments of the bank
Requirements:
The individual should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service /client facing position in the financial or in the service sector
Ability to build relationships and maintain effective networking across the whole organization and with clients
Basic knowledge of transactions processing, loan products, FX, cash management and trade products is an advantage
Bachelor’s/Universitydegree, Master’s degree preferred
Fluent in English and native Hungarian
