Responsibilities
- Analyze fraud disputes / chargebacks / refunds on the mobile gaming platform
- Identifying fraudulent activity by comparing suspicious behavior to normal behavior
- Work with multiple systems, internal and external tools
- Operating and defining processes to monitor and improve KPIs
- Collaborate with diverse teams including Legal, Compliance, Payments, Product and more to effectively address fraud related issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the risk / payments domains (roles such as Chargeback Specialist or Fraud Analyst)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail, particularly for tasks that involve repetitive work
- A technologically inclined person
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to details while maintaining efficiency
- Highly organized, self-reliant, and detail-oriented
