• Own the technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency, sustainability, and overall best-practice architectures
• Help customers build a deeper understanding of hyper-scale cloud technology and incorporate it into their applications
• Utilize your consultative skills to ensure customers derive maximum business value by recommending and engaging the right AWS partners for their solutions, while also supporting customer-built implementations
• Act as an internal advocate for customers, driving improvements to the AWS platform and influencing the roadmap of AWS features and services
• Shape the future of the SA organization by helping to hire, coach, and mentor others
• Link technology to tangible solutions, defining cloud-native reference architectures with the worldwide AWS SA community
• Participate in creating best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts)
• Evangelize and educate others about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferencesAbout the team
