How you’ll spend your day
  • Provide leadership for IT services, projects, and digital transformation initiatives within the commercial country cluster.
  • Served as a trusted advisor to commercial management teams, aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive IT innovation to support commercial growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the standardization of applications and promote shared processes.
  • Lead global and regional initiatives, aligning IT investments with local business needs.
  • Advocate for scalable, compliant, and future-ready enterprise-wide IT capabilities.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met.
  • Act as a liaison between local business units and corporate IT.
  • Influence decision-making at leadership levels and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive commercial IT solution development and implement technology solutions.
  • Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Establish a robust IT support model and manage third-party vendors.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire IT professionals across the commercial IT cluster.
  • Own and manage IT budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Align IT investments with business priorities and provide financial planning and reporting.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP SD and FI modules for the markets.
  • Oversee v: AS400 ERP, WMS, WCS, Salesforce CRM.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT management experience within commercial IT solutions, preferably in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven success in large international corporations and experience in leading within a matrix organization.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial IT solutions, business processes, and enterprise support operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, governance frameworks, compliance, and emerging technologies.
  • Extensive experience with SAP SD and FI modules.
  • Knowledge of AS 400 information systems environments will be an advantage.

Occasional international travel may be required.

Languages:

  • Fluent Hebrew / English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
  • Additional languages spoken within the cluster are an advantage.
