•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design, and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions.
•Lead the development and implementation of complex features and functionality for our SaaS platform using Java and related technologies.
•Architect and design robust and scalable systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
•Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.
•Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
•Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our product.
•Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
•Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the SaaS industry, and evaluate their potential application to our platform.
•Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
•Continuously enhance the software development process, promoting efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Roles and responsibilities:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•7+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on developing SaaS solutions.
•Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
•Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in SQL.
•Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React frameworks.
•Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
•Proven track record of designing and developing scalable, highly available, and secure software solutions.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in building scalable and distributed systems.
•Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
•Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
