Key Responsibilities
- ·Assist in coordinating tax and immigration services across regions, ensuring alignment with global client policies.
- ·Support the central management of global projects, tracking progress of activities across the EY network to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- ·Prepare and distribute communications and reports related to global tax and immigration engagements, providing timely updates to key stakeholders.
- Maintain databases and systems with up-to-date information on population(s) of supported individuals.
- ·Facilitate the flow of information between the Global Coordination Office and overseas tax/ immigration teams, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through on decisions.
- ·Perform administrative tasks such as document management and filing, ensuring efficient operation of client engagements.
- ·Support the GCO Manager(s) in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring close financial management of client engagements.

- Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain structured workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in different geographies and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to security protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and similar office software for creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and developing presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and deliverables.
