Technical Architect

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

We are looking for a top-notch technology savvy specialists willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. You will be part of our global team and you will participate in international projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of complex software projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and client needs.
• Work with various teams to establish system requirements and convert them into technical designs.
• Assess and endorse suitable technologies and tools to build high-quality software solutions.
• Produce and update technical documentation, such as architecture and data flow diagrams, and API details.
• Guarantee software solutions are scalable, efficient, secure, and reliable by adhering to best practices and standards.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying web applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with financial markets, credit ratings, or risk management is a plus.
