In this role, you will:
- Provide servicing activities for low to high complex commercial products
- Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
- Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
- Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Business, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs
- Train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language in loan documentation and
interpretation, as well as an understanding of financial services and customer support - Coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers and books
letters of credit - Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications
- Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
- Provide guidance and training to peers
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience into Commercial Real estate, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education :

- Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding on Loan servicing, Deal administration, LoanBoarding/Modification,Escrow management, Draw review & Funding process, Inspections, Payoff, BQR/CQR, Loan workouts, Research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries.
- University Masters/bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
- Strong knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word.
- Strong English Oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and document interpretation skills
- Strong Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
- Flexible with the shift timings (06:30PM to 03:30AM IST)
- Flexibility towards work on differentprocesses/assignments
- Working with teams and be an active participant
- Exhibits a commitment to the company
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
- Demonstrates/maintainsprofessional conduct under all circumstances
- Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
- Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
