Job Overview
Support all the TA administrative work for Beijing and Xi’an site.
Support the recruitment, such as post hire engagement, pre hire checks.
Support new employee onboarding, create and maintain employee personal file.
Maintain the Beijing employee P-file room.
Maintain various TA metrics and reports.
Other ad-hoc tasks and admin support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above. TA or TA coordination relevant experience is preferred.
Know how to prioritize work/tasks and get job done.
Proficient utilization of office software, particularly PPT, be able to craft professional presentations, demonstrating a strong command of layout, graphics, and content organization.
Flexible, adaptive, good interpersonal skills and communication skills both Chinese and English.
Demonstrate collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members.
Self-drive, proactive, motivated.
