Facilities management Senior Advisor
The Facilities Sr. Advisor will be based
Essential Requirements
- Drive proactive planning and management of the region's real estate portfolio
- Oversee the breadth of facilities management services: operations, and health and safety of the team members
- Develop and execute on the multi-year roadmap to build & transform workplace environments that are flexible, agile and encourage new ways of working
- Deliver Lab & Data Center strategy as per corporate directions
- Continue to evolve and augment infrastructure that ensures redundancy and 100% uptime
- Oversee and ensure successful delivery of the capital & infrastructure modification projects
- Monitor and sustain performance of regional suppliers and vendors. Track performance and provide objective feedback using formal review mechanism.
- Enable process improvements through defined compliance and management systems such ISO, HPR, RBA etc.
- Ensure compliance to local Gov’t laws and statutory regulations. Coordinate required due diligence to ensure compliance of global guidelines and local codes focusing on MEP, EHS, etc.
- Drive sustainability improvements in workplace – enable 2030 sustainability goals, identify green energy opportunities, reduce SUP
- Drive & Support new technology implementation at workplace – IoT enabled solutions, BMS, EMS and reservation systems
- Elevate business relationships and build confidence thru continuous engagement – find opportunities to consistently enhance the customer relationship, supplier relationship & industry relationship network
- Ensure effective local relationships and processes with supporting functions such as HR, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal and IT.

- Strong ability to multi-task, work independently.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, vendor management skill and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of occupational hazards associated with the trade and the necessary safety procedures.
- Solid knowledge of financial models, budgets and disciplines within real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Integrated Work Management Systems (Space Planning, Lease Modules, Work Order Management, Project Management).
- Solid knowledge of business continuity and crisis management procedures.
- Knowledge of EH&S procedures (Emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental and operational safety).
- Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
