As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap, balancing product goals with engineering priorities.
• Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of products and infrastructure.
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver significant impact across the platform.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

You should apply if you are:

• An experienced team leader (4+ years managing people)
• A seasoned software engineer with +10 years of industry experience.
• Strong technical background focusing on large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (advantage).
• Experience with user-facing products (advantage).
• Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
