Job DescriptionAs a result, our graduate will gain excellent experience encompassing all services associated with servicing open/closed-end alternative investment hedge/private equity funds.
Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:
- Rotation 1: Fund Accounting - Hedge Funds
- Rotation 2: Fund Accounting - Private Equity/Private Debt
- Rotation 3: Investor Services & Financial & Regulatory Reporting

Training & responsibilities
- Learn and understand Net Asset Value per unit
- Learn the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of each fund's portfolio
- Learn how to reconcile trades, cash, positions, market values
- Learn how all expenses and income are accurately accounted for
- Liaise and support with audit queries on annual financial accounts
- Liaise directly with clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
- Learn how to manage daily reconciling items

Basic qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent discipline with a target completion date of May 2024
- Less than 1 year industry experience.
- Ability to start graduate program on 2 Sept 2024
- High level of numeracy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel skills
- Attention to detail
