KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cybersecurity and network-related issues

Implement and configure network security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs

Define scope of deliverables for complex spot jobs (Scope description, BOM, System architecture, Labour, Assumptions and Exclusions for those assigned and coordinate with team members the timely and proper execution)

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of Engineering.

Experience in IT/OT Security, Industrial Networking, and Industrial Process Control.

Solid knowledge and experience in network implementation and operations in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certifications.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform System tests.

Excellent hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, Firewalls LAN/WAN and wireless networking principles and protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, Frame Relay, Firewall, DMZ, VPN, IDS. Experience with VMware and virtualization technology.

Fluent written and spoken English or Portuguese.

At least 3 years of experience in similar functions.
